To strive towards using cleaner and greener technology to save the environment by reducing the emissions, usage of paper and use of plastics, BSNL offers customers to receive their telephone bill electronically on Email only instead of paper bill, thus reducing paper usage.

ADVANTAGE FOR CUSTOMERS

  • 10 loyalty reward points will be given to BSNL Land Line/Broadband customers who opt for getting their bill through “Email only" option.
  • Hassel free immediate receipt of telephone bill through “Email”.
  • A small step by BSNL to support environment by promotion of E-Bill instead of the printed paper bills thereby reducing the paper consumption.
  • To avail loyality points please login to BSNL Web SelfCare portal or visit nearest customer service centre.

HOW TO GET TELEPHONE BILL ON EMAIL

Choose Any one method for Landline

  • Log in to BSNL Web SelfCare portal http://selfcare.wdc.bsnl.co.in , Click on the Account number hyperlink; choose billing preference as Email and put Email id in billing Email box (on which Bill shall be received). Click on Submit Request.
  • Send SMS from registered* BSNL Mobile to receive bill on Email. Type EMS {Billing Acct. No.} {Email id} and send to 53334.

    * To register your BSNL Mobile and Email: Type REG {STD_Code-Phone No.} {Account No.} {Email ID} and send to 53334. The Mobile number, from which SMS is sent, will be registered.

  • Dial1500andregisterfore-bill.
  • Visit nearest BSNL Customer Service Centre and give request for “Emailonly” option.
