First of all, I wish a healthy and peaceful time for each one of you.

In this unprecedent situation, arising due to outbreak of Covid-19, the whole lifestyle has changed. Each one of us is witnessing this for the first time in our life and as such we do not have any experience to deal with this situation. We are learning, and learning fast to deal with it, and probably to live with it.

               

But one thing is sure, that the advanced Telecom Technology is playing a pivotal role to keep us all connected, in almost real time. BSNL is committed to facilitate you and come true to its signature Connecting India. Each BSNL employee is committed to provide uninterrupted, quality telecom service to all present and prospective BSNL customers.

We at BSNL provide Landline, Broadband, Fiber To The Home (FTTH), Lease Circuits and Mobile services to general customers and advanced services to Corporate Customers. There are several Tariff Plans, suited to the requirement of each segment and I must mention that BSNL Tariff is most transparent and economical. Due to recent mass retirement of BSNL employees, we have partnered with several Service Providers viz. Franchisee and Retailers, Direct Selling Agents (DSA), Telecom Infrastructure Providers (TIP). Of late, the demand of all BSNL services has significantly increased and we are committed for its quick provision and uninterrupted maintenance. We are continuously strengthening the copper network, significantly expanding the OFC network for FTTH services, upgrading mobile BTS and adding new BTS to improve coverage. With BSNL set to launch country wide 4G services in near future, the bandwidth supply and quality of mobile service will further enhance. With the prevailing situation of Covid-19 (Corona Virus), which I wish will be over in quick time, we all will have an increasing demand of Work From Home and BSNL is fully set and committed to meet all requirement of Telecom Services and maintain quality, uninterrupted service.
