Dhule SSA (Secondary Switching Area) covers both Dhule and Nandurbar districts. We have
129 Telephone Exchanges spread across the two districts with 8033 telephone working
lines. We have 1428 Broadband connections, and 6047 FTTH BHARAT FIBER Connections &
312000 Mobile connections. We are also providing Leased Lines for data communication and
at present 330 leased lines are working.
We have 263 working mobile towers . Also We have connected 545 Grampanchayats in
Dhule and 593 Grampanchayat in Nandurbar District under Bharat Net Project. We are also
providing Rural Wifi services (PDO) in far flung areas of Dhule and Nandurbar districts and
at present 3 such PDOs are working.
Recently we are in the process of launching 4G mobile service through which high definition
video calls and high speed internet service can be availed. This will first indigenous 4G
technology completely made in INDIA.
We have Customer Service Centers at all Taluka Head Quarters. All these CSCs are working
from 10.00 AM to 05.30 PM. At Customer Service Centre you can pay Landline telephone,
Mobile bills for connections working anywhere in Maharashtra state. You can get Mobile
Recharge vouchers, new telephone and mobile connection, duplicate bills and conversion
from prepaid to postpaid and vice-versa.
