BSNL has recently commissioned its new Conference Hall
equipped with ultra modern facilities in its Administrative Building located
in the sprawling lush green BSNL Complex at Juhu Road, Santacruz(W)
Mumbai 400054 and have decided to extend its the facilities to other
organizations at attractive prices. Following are the salient features:-

The Lush Green BSNL complex sprawling in more than
30 Acres is located at a very convenient distance of about 3 Km from
the Santacruz Airport. The Complex has ample facilities for parking
of the vehicles of the delegates. |

The Conference Hall named as 'Sammelan Kaksh'
is located at 2nd Floor of "C" Wing of the Administrative
Building. |
| 3) |
The Sammelan Kaksh, sprawling in 5000 sqft
area, has two halls both with micro-processor controlled air-conditioned
system. |

The first hall, having conferencing facilities,
has sitting capacity of 65 delegates on the seamless conference
table with additional chairs in the back row to accommodate more
delegates. It is equipped with the following facilities:-

In-built state of art public address system
flush with the table top with mikes between two delegates. |

Four Display screens in the conferencing hall,
one on each side. The master Display screen is of the size
of 120 inch with rear projection system. Other three Screens
are LCD screens each of 50 inch. |

In addition to above one LCD screen of 50
inch is also available in the lounge area. |
| d) |
In-built facility of presentation of
the delegates through Laptops/ PC at eight different locations
on the conference table. |

Video conferencing facility. |

DVD facilities. |

During the discussions among the delegates,
the facility of images of the participants on the screens. |

The second hall, spread over the area of more than
2000sqft, is multipurpose hall having facilities of waiting area and
dining area with ample counters to serve the food etc. |

Food and snacks for the delegates in the conference
hall may conveniently be arranged either through BSNL canteen facilities
available in the same Building or through out side catering facilities.

Half day from 0930hrs to 1330
hrs or from 1400hrs to 1800hrs. |

For full day from 0930hrs to 1800hrs.
